Shopping Bag

Just wondering why everything in my shopping bag is gone? I went to make a purchase and everything I picked out is gone. My shopping bag is now empty.

I'm sorry for the issues with your shopping cart! Are you still experiencing this? If so, have you tried refreshing the page and/or allowing a few minutes for it to load? Please let me know if you're still experiencing any issues.

Unfortunately, it keeps happening. I sent an email out to Sephora about it and was told it was probably because the items were sold out or removed from the website. None of the items I had were either. It's really annoying as I research a lot into the products I purchase and I put them in my shopping bag to keep for when I can make a purchase (ie. have enough money saved up). I sometimes forget what I have saved in there until I go to buy them so when they are just gone I have to go through everything again to try and remember. I've re-added my products 4 times this week and they keep getting deleted.

I've been having exactly the same issue! Couple weeks ago, I have purchased items from my shopping bag, but everytime I would open the site, it would bring up those items instead of the new ones I have placed there. It is frustrating and I've been trying to wait and reload shopping cart page, but when I open the site again it's back to those old items.

@catherineu2 some people have been saying there is a glitch right now. Try loading the cart page and giving it a minute or two to load - that has seemed to help.
