why is Sephora emptying my basket everyday now?

Hi @lja7, 

 

You may need to log out then back in again to refresh. If items are no longer available then they might not show in your Basket. Items in your Basket are not on hold.

It happens to me too. Just click on your basket and wait for it to load. The products that you put in there before should appear after a short while.
