What is Instacart?
Instacart is a same-day service that delivers Sephora products from the store to your door in as fast as an hour.
How quickly can Instacart deliver?
Clients can choose to have their items delivered within 1 or 2 hours, or schedule a later delivery that same day or days in advance. Instacart offers 1 hour delivery windows (example: 5-6pm). Windows may be wider for customers who reside further away from supported Sephora stores.
Can I earn Beauty Insider points on my Instacart purchases?
Yes, you can earn Beauty Insider points with Instacart. Please remember to use your Sephora Beauty Insider email at checkout.
What products can I buy on Instacart?
Instacart is able to deliver almost all products available at your closest Sephora stores. You can use Instacart’s search function to see specific product availability in your area.
Can I add promotion codes or samples to my order?
You can view available promotions directly on the Instacart app. However, Sephora beauty offers and samples are exclusive to Sephora.com and are not currently available on Instacart.
Which areas does Instacart deliver to?
Instacart delivers to most zip codes in the US and Canada. Please check the Instacart app to see if Instacart delivers to your area.
For Canadian clients, Instacart does not deliver within Quebec.
Who should I contact for order cancellation or delivery issues?
If you have made an order on Instacart, you should contact Instacart Customer Care directly about any delivery issues. Sephora Client Services will be unable to view order details for purchases made via Instacart. You can email Instacart Customer Care at help@instacart.com or reach them by phone at (888) 246-7822.
How do I return an order I purchased through Instacart?
Any items purchased via Instacart that you wish to return may be returned directly to any Sephora location to receive a refund for the cost of the product. Please use the printed receipt attached to your Instacart delivery order or reference your Beauty Insider account that you used to place your order. All orders are subject to Sephora’s Return Policy.
Where can I see my Sephora order confirmation after purchasing with Instacart?
Once you place your order from Sephora via Instacart, you will receive an email confirmation from Instacart to the email address associated with your account. You’ll also be able to view your order on your Instacart account under “Orders,” either online or on the Instacart app. If you entered your Beauty Insider information in the Instacart checkout flow, you can also find details under the “Orders” tab in your purchase history on Sephora.com.
I am a Sephora Credit Card holder. Can I use it for my Instacart purchases?
At this time, Instacart does not accept the Sephora Credit Card for purchases made on the Instacart app. However, if you have the Sephora Visa card, which is a separate credit card offered by Visa, you may use it for Sephora purchases on Instacart and the reward earn rate will be 1%.
Can I redeem Beauty Insider Cash, Credit Card Rewards, sample rewards and promotions on Instacart?
No, you cannot redeem rewards or promotional offers for Sephora.com on Instacart. You can earn points by using your Beauty Insider email at checkout, which can be used toward future reward redemptions in Sephora Stores, on Sephora.com and Sephora.ca. Read more about our Beauty Insider program here.
