Shipping

So i ordered last Wednesday, not knowing the postal strike would happen..yet it did last Friday at 1201 am. So what does Sephora do? Does a shipping label for Canada Post on the Sunday after the strike started...and they don't even care...if the strike is 6 weeks, my order sits there 6 weeks...I will be creating a big wave if they don't do better with their weak customer service that I have received so far.

The fact that a company this big has no solution to offer or even message of apology is bananas. I didn’t receive my first order, was reshipped after 3 weeks of waiting … on the 15th. So no hope of it arriving any time soon. And yet I still get emails and texts to order gifts for the holidays? Yeah I don’t think so.

Same thing here. My order hasn't even been picked up by a courier and Sephora customer service was absolutely useless in cancelling the order. This is my first time dealing with them and will be my last.

My $300 order from 11/4 shipped via Canada Post. Tracking shows it arrived at my local post office on 11/12… So now it’s just sitting there down the street at the post office, but I can’t collect it. So frustrating.

Well, I ordered Nov the 10th, waaaay before the strike and I haven't received my order yet ! it says I should get it today but I don't think I would.

Mine is in the same status although I was reassured by 2 separate agents yesterday that they are using alternative couriers. Unfortunately the item I purchased just launched and is only available online. I sure hope they’re using alternative couriers.

Same thing here. They had no back ups even knowing it was coming!
