Hi, I ordered on August 10. I was waiting for the product to bring it with me for my vacation. I checked the delivery status everyday, but it always says the item is processed and out for delivery. It was never delivered to my place neither the delivery person left the pick up document in front of my place. Usually when it is delivered, the status says that it is delivered to mailbox. So, I thought it was taking a bit longer than usual. I went on vacation without the product that I ment to use. While I was enjoying my vacation, I checked the delivery status then I realized it was returned without anyone's consent. Rest of my family stayed in my place while I was on my vacation and no one received the pick up paper either. I just checked my bank accout and found out it was not refunded too even though the item was returned to the sender. Since I didn't receive the goods even though I wanted, I want my money back. Please see the picture below. Thank you.
