Shipping

Sephora you have been messing up. I purchase flash shipping a my packages never ship until 4 or 5 days later this is a scam. I'm reading everybody else is reviews and they have felt the same thing the latest thing was I ordered something on Friday at 10 a.m. and it's Tuesday and it still hasn't shipped this is unacceptable and you guys never want to own up to it and offer us our money back or points or anything at all you just simply don't care.
