Shipping time longer than 3 Days

I made an order on Nov 15 (4 Business Days ago), and my order just says In Progress, not even shipped yet. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a driver for this?

Yes. My package ordered the last day of the 20% off sale isn’t scheduled to arrive until the 27th. I pay for Flash shipping. I just recently got an email saying it was mistakenly processed a different way to ship and that it would be a little later arriving, as in a day or two. No, it’s going to be a week late. So far, nothing has been done to try and remedy this. It wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t had various issues in recent months. It makes me wonder what has caused this trouble since it seems to have just started happening recently (missing/wrong samples, wrong order, and delayed shipping). So, no, you are not alone.
