Shipping issue

Hello, 

When submitting my order, I didn't realize that my paypal mixed up my shipping address, which is an address I no longer reside in and is 8 hours away from me. I contacted Ontrac, the carrier, for a change of delivery request and it said it needs the shipper's approval. I emailed Sephora soon after but they said they can't reroute packages and can only have the package returned to the distribution center.

I've seen people on this forum get help with shipping address changes, is there anyone that can help me on this problem? 

I do realize it is my mistake but the order was a birthday present for myself so I'm distraught 😞 If anyone can help, please let me know..

My address was updated and it'll be delivering to the correct address. Couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so much for your prompt responses and your above-and-beyond effort to correct my mistake ❤️ I thought my package would be lost for good after contacting the Sephora customer service so I couldn't be more than happy and so grateful for all the help. Thanks again!
