Shipping delays

Has anyone else been experiencing long shipping delays with no explanation from customer service other than weather conditions? All other packages seem to be coming in without any issues and for the order to not even been processed yet is just ridiculous. Assuming it’s best to cancel and order from different place as there is absolutely no ETA. Very disappointing with the lack of information.

Same here my order has taken 21 DAYS, it gave me two estimated delivery dates after I ordered it by  3 days. I ordered it on the 15th of January and it did give me a weather report but this has taken way too long. 😤

Same here. Placed $200 order on Jan 16th. Just called and they told me it still hasn't shipped. Geez, Sephora. This is E-Comm 101 - supply and demand.

Same here. I ordered over a week ago and my order still hasn't shipped. I've ordered from AE and those orders are shipped out of PA and I haven't had any issues with getting packages within a few days at the most 5. This is just plain ridiculous.

 They’ve done the same to me! They chalked it up to weather but no news station reported a blizzard black out state wide so I’m not understanding why it’s taking over a week to even drop off the item at FEDEX. Another issue I had was I  shipped them back a return on the 8th of January and it’s yet to reach them. Just been circulating the destination city for days and no updates. Today is the 20th. They need to switch carriers and worry about the efficiency of their logistics system and strategy. I included a screenshot of the poor excuse I was emailed by customer support. Im just on the back burner waiting for an item to ship that's not back ordered or out of stock. They could cancel the orders from the problematic warehouse and dispatch from effective ones to expedite shipping but NOOOOOO. No ETA just empty promises.

I'm experience delays same issues no notifications the gift was for my anniversary and should have been here with time to spare now I missed it and I'm mad

I agree with you Tanz1 - this is just ridiculous. For a brand as big as Sephora to not have their distro and shipping running smoothly is not good. Winter weather hits every year, it shouldn't come as something new to them.

 

I called customer service, they told me if I don't get my package (ordered 1/16) by the end of today (expected date 1/22) then I need to call back to either get a refund or get a second order going. Mind you the customer service person told me it hasn't even shipped yet so I'm not sure how they expect me to receive it today. What kind of business is that?

 

Does anyone have an alternative site to shop on that's better or at least more reliable than Sephora?

My stuff was delayed too. I understand the weather conditions impacting warehouses. I just hope all of my order will be available and nothing will be out of stock. 🤞

Hi all, due to extreme weather on the East coast, our fulfillment centers are experiencing delays. We know you are looking forward to receiving your package, and delays are frustrating. So our only orders being shipped out of the Maryland distribution center affected by this? What about orders that should be shipping out of the Mississippi distribution center? What about the Utah distribution center?

Same here! I just received an e-mail today (the estimated delivery date of my package) that my order hasn't even been shipped yet. The only explanation given was due to processing delays at their warehouse, so not even due to weather conditions. As I was reliant on the shipping arriving on time for a friend's birthday, I'd much rather cancel my order and pick it up in-store.

I am having the same issue and mine was for my birthday and I’m just very confused. I understand bad weather and things but I’ve been getting other packages so i dont know…and Sephora doesn’t really seem to care much so I guess I’ll just have to wait…

Yes! I ordered my birthday gift a week ago and it’s still processing but I’ve literally received packages farther away overnight.

I came here for the exact same reason. My package isn't even being shipped, it hasn't even been processed it's been almost a week. Supposedly they're having some kind of problem in the warehouse? That's it no explanation we're just having a problem in the warehouse?

Same! WTH is going on?! No explanations - just “oh well”. A week later and my order hasn’t even been put in a box yet?? What does that have to do with weather?!
