Shipping delay

I placed an order on a Friday, it said it would arrive the following Thursday. Today is Wednesday and it was just shipped, and an item I ordered was canceled due to it now being out of stock. The out of stock item is the whole reason why I placed the order! So not only is my order delayed but I'm also sol on the one item I wanted most. Every time I place an order with you guys there is an issue! If my order would've shipped sooner then my item most likely the item would have been in stock! Once again I'm so disappointed with Sephora!
