Shipping Address Incorrect; unable to cancel/modify

I placed my order around 8:30. I checked my confirmation email at 11:30 and noticed that my shipping address automatically updated (to the wrong address) when I completed my Apple pay transaction. Since I didn't notice this within the 1-hr grace-period, I am unable to make any changes to my order. The address it is shipping to is hours away from my current residence, and I will not be able to make arrangements to obtain my package.

 

Since my order status is still "In Progress" and has not yet been prepared or shipped - can someone please provide me with assistance in updating the shipping address to the correct address? Thank you in advance!

@Katiesjohn Oh no! We have a short timeframe in which we're able to cancel orders. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with your order number and correct shipping address or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.

I sent message earlier stating that a customer service representative confirmed cancelation of the order (9AM today). However, the order was processed anyways and my profile shows the status as "shipped". according to UPS, the "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." Is there anyway to know if they processed the cancellation?
