Shipment delivered to the wrong address

Shipment was delivered to the wrong property and courier does not even answer when conta ted.

I attach the delivery photo from the proof of delivery. Please investigate — the photo does not match my property at the delivery address I provided in ZIP . Please provide the courier’s GPS log or route for that delivery .

I’m sorry to hear that. But you are not alone. I have the same thing happened to me yesterday. It was delivered to wrong house. I called the customer service and they refused to take responsibility as its fedex falut. I do walkin shopping all the time. This is my first time making online order. Shame on Sephora!
