Shame on Sephora- expiring points during pandemic.

I am extremely disappointed to find out on my birthday that sephora has taken away all my accumulated points due to inactivity. 

Canceling points due to inactivity in 2020 when the world had shut down and penalizing loyal customers for failing to provide business is despicable. 

I'm sorry that I like to try my products before I buy so I do not feel guilty for returning a brand new product. 

Also, how do you expect customers to use points in exchange for products when majority of the time, your products are sold out? 

This truly sucks.

Hate to say this, but if not rectified, I will gladly go elsewhere to shop.

I'm sorry for the disappointment as points will expire if your account has been completely inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase, redeeming a reward, or redeeming the birthday gift. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
