Shade match error

Every time I try to use the shade finder it just keeps saying to try again later. It’s been doing this for like 2 weeks. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry about this! Can you please try using the Shade Finder on both the browser and the app? On the browser, please clear your cookies/cache or switch to a different browser. On your app, please delete and reinstall the app on your device.
