Seriously what is going on?

I have been having an unusual increase in package delays, inaccuracies or packages just not being delivered at all. I just went to track a package I’m waiting on and instead of a delivery estimate it says EXCEPTION in red. What is the point of being Rouge at this point? I get to choose free samples but never get the ones I request. I can’t remember the last time I received a package within 3 days of placing the order. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere because at this point, it’s not worth the frustration.
