Seriously, Sephora!?

I've thought about this review for a few days now and decided it's time to post. The past three orders I've placed arrived with no samples. I'm not saying they substituted a sample I requested for something else, I'm saying I received NOTHING. This is unacceptable, sephora. You advertise 3 free samples with any purchase, but never deliver. And when I called customer support to complain, she offered me rewards points. Do you know what the rewards points add up to with your services? Nothing. The smaller rewards are all that are stocked in the store, and usually are old or not the same as advertised on the website. The larger rewards are always out of stock. And if the smaller rewards are the same as the sample situation, I can expect to never receive them online anyway. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, I'll take my business elsewhere and be sure to tell ALL my friends and family to do the same.
