Seriously Sephora no samples?

This is my THIRD order now in the last year and no samples. I’m super frustrated- I really wanted to try those products.

Why is this even an option when we never receive them. So disappointing Sephora. Will start to shop elsewhere if we’re not able to try products

I've had similar issues, or almost no range of options when there are samples. It used to be a variety of categories; fragrance, skincare, hair, foundation, lip. Now I don't even bother to select samples, it seems it's mostly foundations. Come on Sephora.. this is how I find new products to love that I might now otherwise see...
