I see all these posts about the Sephoria virtual event and people having received emails with a coupon and getting swag bags and stuff. I haven’t received anything except the confirmation email with the date and how to join 😕 I don’t have insta so what am I missing

I have the same problem, this is my first time doing a virtual event with Sephora and was so excited especially when I heard about the swag bags and I’ve been waiting for an email about it since July 29 and just now finding out it’s all sold out 😞 I’m really sad about it, was really looking forward to purchasing one. Only email I received was the confirmation

@Lolzshyanne I'm sorry for the confusion! The Virtual Key Swag was available for purchase on the Sephoria website while they were available.

  Just wanted to clarify something please. I purchased my virtual ticket at the pre sale for Rouge. I haven’t received my swag bag yet. Are you saying they are sold out for new customers or the ones purchased are already gone? Please clarify as I only purchased the ticket (as opposed to the free event) to get the swag bag. And I did purchase early. Thank you in advance for your help

@Kalasmom3 If you have already purchased your Virtual Key Swag, you should receive it by mail within  4-6 weeks. They are now sold out for purchase.
