Sephoria 2019 ticket purchase issue

Hey so you guys know, if you use your BI email once to buy a ticket then you can't use it again. I bought 2 tickets and now want to buy a 3rd ticket and I can't. The error says "coupon usage limit reached". Can someone please work with Showclix to fix this?

I have an update for anyone who is interested - I called Showclix customer support and they said that the Rouge email code is a one-time transaction. When I indicated it would have been nice to know this somewhere in the Sephoria emails or ticket purchasing page she said something like "we just make the software. I can give you Sephora's customer support number if you'd like". So ultimately no help from either party. The good news is that I should theoretically be able to use my Rouge email again for ticket purchase when the tickets go to the general public tomorrow. We will see...
