Sephoria 1st session cancelled

I've drove all the way to Atlanta this morning from Florida and just got an email to say its cancelled. My 11 year old is devastated as it as her bday present. Is there anyway we can still collect the goodie bags atleast if we are here already. 

I understand weather happens so i completely get it. If someone could let me know that would ne great.

This was my daughter’s 13th birthday present and we are having the same experience. She is devastated. I spoke to someone at the call center who said they would be sending out at email about rescheduling session one in the next few days. That’ seems unlikely. I really hope they do something!

I’m so sorry that happened to you and your daughter, I hope you guys end up finding a way to get your bags. I was supposed to attend the 5pm session as I bought 2 tickets months ago and our flights were cancelled unfortunately due to the weather and we were not able to make it, I really also do hope they help out the people who couldn’t make it and payed to go because I really wanted my swag bag, bit disappointment for a lot of people!

I did hear a rumor that someone went there and begged to get their bag and they were able to get it. I also heard that a bunch of people from the canceled session are planning to go at 2pm and demand to get in for the afternoon session or at least get their bags.
