How do I redeem my Sephora credit card reward

Hi @hileooalisa,

Once you're logged in to your Sephora account, you can add your Credit Card Reward to your basket during checkout. You may use a maximum of 3 Credit Card Rewards per online transaction.

I have the same problem - my rewards are impossible to apply - I’m assuming it’s a glitch in the Sephora app… I have rewards but the button to apply them is not active!!!!

Thank you for answering me, but I didn’t find any reward at check out. Also in Sephora app it shows that my reward are $0. Do I have to do anything further?
