Sephora sun safety kit- please package better

Just PSA for anyone who’s buying their Sephora sun safety kit, or waiting for it, this is what happened to mine. this happened 2 weeks ago, I picked it up in store, legit didn’t do anything to it, didn’t handle it poorly whatsoever. I opened the bag when I was on my way home and felt the bottom of the bag was soggy. Broken glass from the Kate Somerville serum all over the bag. 

Customer service obviously couldn’t give me another kit because they’re limited edition/sold out everywhere. Told me to go in store to get a refund- the SA at my store gave me some trouble but helped me in the end. But then when I tried to post a review using these images it never got approved?? And now ofc the product listing is gone :S

Sephora please do better at packaging these items more carefully, at least put the glass bottle serum in a paper box or bubble wrap.
