Sephora site and app keep getting cc error

I've tried all weekend to use my card with enough funds to make my purchase but keeps declining saying my info is incorrect but it's all 100% correct and it won't accept or save my cvv code. What's the problem? Can I get some assistance please

So I called Commenity because Sephora csr stated it was a card issue. I've used the card twice with no issues so I'm not sure why I would have to call commenity. The rep says welp hold on one sec, it looks like your card was never activated. I said no way, I called the day I received it and I've used it twice since with no issues. She activated it and I went right back to try and purchase MM Replica Coffee Break and it worked!!!!! Yaaaaay
