Sephora samples

I placed an order yesterdat night and is still in progress however one of the samples ive choose is out of stock now, will you guys replace that specific sample for a different one? the reason why am asking is that last time 2 samples were missing from my order  😞

Hi @jennbyun, sorry about that! Typically, yes, our warehouse will make sample substitutions as needed for out of stock samples. I hope that helps!

Hi @StephanieBT sorry to bother you but the problem and the reason why am asking is that 2 samples were missing in my order.

 In the order i received yesterday (i just opened was sealed btw) does not has any, any sample at all not even the newfave promotion I kid you not. This is really frustrating i was really excited to receive the samples. What is going on?
