would someone help me understand why neither of my orders during the Sephora sale had any savings applied ??

@EllMo27 Did you apply the promo code YAYSAVE at checkout?  Did you have brands excluded from the sale?

For some reason it didn’t let me put the code in :s 

I guess I lose out on the savings … this sucks 😞

@EllMo27 Contact customer service asap and let them know what happened.  Maybe they can refund you the difference.
