Sephora package stolen!!!!!!!

Hello guys, 

Im not really sure what to do but I am so upset. We ordered a few things maybe a week or two weeks ago and we were so excited for our package to arrive. As we live in Canada, big packages usually don't fit our mailboxes so we're usually left with a postal key to open another big compartment that fit big boxes. My husband picked up our mail and saw a key mixed in with the envelopes, naturally, I grabbed the key and went to collect the box. When I reach the post box around the corner of our home, the door which was supposed to have my items was completely left open!!! I was heart broken to realize all our stuff has been stolen!!!!!!! I have no idea how someone managed to open the post box without a key since we had the key!! 

Not sure what to do now, I am so upset!!!!!
