Sephora order not received

Hi

i just made sephora account to put a review about customer service . I orderd a fragrance from this email which i made account with , it is showing deliverd from past 2 days  but i havent recieved it . I contacted you guys yesterday and supervisor told ke she cant do anything that i need to contact the courier , and when i contacted courier they told me to contact sephora . I called you guys today and talked to supervisor name shelly , she said sephora cant do anything . I am by my own whether i call my bank or just leave my money . Its so unethical , i spent money on sephora , so sephora is the one accountable for . Its sephora responsibility to deliver my package to me and take care of it . If order is worth 320$ their must be signature required , if its not than sephora should be accountable for that . Every luxury brand have signature required so that order should be deliverd to the customers hand , rather than using cheap postage . I would highly recommend to customers please do signature requiired , otherwise sephora will not do anything . You guys just rip of your money .

Its been more than a week , since issue not solved
