Sephora not working on iPad

After shopping just twice on Sephora, i cant even open the website on an Apple iPad. Like OMG what am I supposed to do. Id love to start shopping asap but it just doesn't open.623E9400-81FA-447D-B650-960FAB9380A5.png

As of this morning 2/25/22, the Sephora app is working again on my iPad !

Not mine. Writing this so Sephora tech knows not resolved.

as of now 9 am 2/25/2022, yes the website opens, shows products, yet clicking products still produces Sephora heading with blank page.

Chat icon also has been showing with line slash thru it ( I.e. unavailable)

ipad fully updated. Website opens to Sephora graphics, but then just the Sephora header page- blank.

same happens when clicking from Sephora email.

 

assume it’s because Sephora decided anyone with an iPad wants to use the app, or is ‘forcing’ iPad users to use app. 

Sephora- get your tech people to fix immediately, unsure yet there may be legalities by blocking website use

Same thing for me. I ordered off my iPad about one week ago and have been unable to use the app for about the last 4-5 days. The home page will pull up but unable to click on any item, it just continues to spin, no descriptions available and I am unable to order anything! So frustrating!!

I'm so sorry about this! This is a technical error and we've submitted this feedback to the appropriate team. We hope to have it resolved soon! In the meantime, I recommend switching to another device or the mobile web browser if possible.

My ipad is fully up to date! But it still isn't working even though I tried on different browsers. It leads to the same place every single time! I do prefer shopping on my iPad but it does work on an iPhone. Thanks for your reply though!

I have the exact same problem shopping Sephora on my iPad. My iPad is brand new and up to date and even when I select view as a mobile site or desktop site it will not display the product images at all. This is an issue with Sephora, not your technology and I wish they would update their browsing interface. I for one buy so much stuff on my iPad at other stores. Fix the isue!

Same here, brand new iPhone and can’t get Sephora products to show up on it. Sooo frustrating. It’s definitely Sephora because this is the only website that does this. Apparently they don’t want our business.

I am having the same issue on my brand new ipad. I cannot log into the Sephora app on my iPad. It keeps reloading the login screen and giving me a the following error, "The operation couldn't be completed. (Sephora.WSError error 1.)" .

 

Sometimes it takes the login and jumps to Home screen for a split second before reloading the login screen. I can log using a web browser on my iPad but not the Sephora App itself. I can also log into the App on my phone. My Sephora App and Ipad software (iPadOS 17.5.1) are both up-to-date. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times.
