Sephora missing money

In order 7601861455, I ordered wipes but I only received 1 of each item instead of 4 of each. Got a re-shipment  (new order #: 7636713682

) but it did not authorize as I didn't have my credit card saved and hung up on the phone before anything happened.  I didn’t get a store credit nor a refund for that order?
