Sephora is refusing too refund my package

 

In the past year, I have had lots of issues with my package coming with missing items but I try contacting customer service and they help me out but not this time they say it's too common. of course it's too common if it's not my fault u guys are not sending me the right products? A few times, i found my package all torn up with random products and even missing products. Not sure if it was stolen or was it sephoras fault. This time I ordered a highlighter but instead I got a cheap definitely used product not even from sephora. I don't know if someone is replacing these products but this is really stressing me out. I used same day delivery because I need my gift for my mother's birthday in 6 days but i can't can't receive my product and customer service was NO HELP! they tell me they weren't able to issue a refund since they have gave me refunds in the past, I returned lots of things this year since I got the wrong shade in lots of my stuff since ordering online, I don't return the items empty. I am not a theif! Sephora, please help me out
