Sephora gift card

I have 6 gift card ( $240) and after I check balance is zero balance and one card that cost $40 have $0.63 balance. I not even use any of my gift card yet. This is so strange, anyone have same problem with me and what is your solution?

Thank you for letting me know. So sad it’s happen was waiting to use my Sephora gift card and it’s appear zero funds . Mod already reply me hope they can solve this
