Sephora gift card fraud

My husband purchased Sephora gift card in Feb from Safeway. I tried to use it online yesterday, after scratching the card, noticed that there are only 6 digit PIN. Then went to store and tried to use it, but rep said there is no balance. Looks like there is big internal fraud going on. Customer rep told there has been many transactions in March. Tried to reach customer service they said can’t assist as purchased from third party. Couldn’t get any satisfactory answer. I am sure Safeway will say that Sephora needs to look into it which makes sense as card was used on their platform, but Sephora customer service not helpful at all in these fraudulent transaction cases. Putting it here, if can find any help or atleast people are aware what’s going on. 😞

Unused, unscratched Sephora gift cards with $0 balance, fraudulently used online!

Sephora is doing nothing to help us. Let’s report them to the FTC and to the BBB … we don’t deserve to be cheated!
I am all in for a class action lawsuit. 
And let’s take this to Twitter. We’ll make them take responsibility.
