Sephora.com return in a jcpenny sephora?

 Today I received a pat mcgrath lipstick and gloss kit today that i am really disappointed in, anyways,  im wanting to exchange it but the only close sephora is in a jcpennys and i purchased it online.  I read the return policy online but its still not clear to me if I'm able to do a store credit return for a product i got online inside a jcpennys sephora?  I'm hoping to avoid having to return it through the mail when I'm really just wanting to exchange it.  Thank you so much for your time!

You can return a Sephora.com purchase at a SiJCP with your order invoice! The store should accommodate you. If you paid with your PayPal account on the order and you would like a refund back to that then you would need to mail the item back to us with the prepaid label.
