our Sephora.com order has been canceled because we were unable to confirm your payment information. I DONT KNOW WHAT -- IS HAPPENING, because i have tried about 10 times to order moisturizer from page, but it did not work, all the time sephora sends me a massage with this text. I have contacted sephora support, but it did not work, they told my that payment information is insufficient, i am sure, that it is SUFFICIENT., i have checked approximitely 100 times and it is absolutely right!!! I really dont know what to do. I have tried to use another card but this message again, it is so annoying. It is my birthday month also :((
