Sephora canceled order with no notification

I placed a large order and Sephora cancelled it and never notified me. I called and they said they had to verify my information which I did. They have still not reordered and my money has NOT been refunded. I order monthly and this has never happened before. Has this happened to anyone else??

Yes, this just happened to me, and I just joined here to post about it. There's clearly something afoul for this many people to be having the same problem. I've read lots of complaints that are similar here and on reddit.
