Sephora bad service

For the first time ever, Sephora has sent me an expired product!!! 
I have never faced an issue like this before, I have ordered the first aid’s bump eraser set in OCT2024, unfortunately I opened it in Jan2025, only to see that it’s already expired in Oct2024. I also contacted the customer service, but they couldn’t help me because it’s past 60days. I totally understand that, what about the fact that they have sent me an expired product. Please look into this issue.
