Sephora automatically placed on order while I was editing billing info for my Play subscription

Hi,

 

I specifically went to account->subscriptions->edit to change my billing method for my Play subscription. When I hit the red "submit edit" button ( I was not in checkout page and it was NOT a "place order" button!) , Sephora automatically placed an order with the items that I had on my basket.

 

I called customer service and canceled the order right away within 15 minutes. My card has already been charged and now I have to wait for the charged amount to come back (I know it takes a while but still frustrating 😞 )  I had 2 separate store credits totalling $10.95 that was used and I don't have it back on my account. Can someone help me with this? I would not ask for help with this if I made the mistake of accidentally ordering MYSELF; it was the system's fault.

call them fix the problem for you. i have tried for many times, they will ask their supervisor to check it for you
