Sephora at Kohl's - do they ship under same system?

I found out something sold out on Sephora.com is still in stock in Kohl's website (Sephora at Kohl's?).
Is this actually mean they have a stock or they share same warehouse with sephora but just the Kohl's stock system delay?

And can I get the Rouge free shipping service on Kohl's too?
