Sephora app won’t work on iPad?

Can’t use app on iPad. Goes to login screen and when I do login just flashes back to that screen. Or flashes error, or flashes to enable Touch ID. Works fine on iPhone.

Same issue still going on. When attempting to login on updated iPad, I receive an error message “Response could not be serialized input data was nil or zero length”. App works on iPhone, but much easier to see and shop on iPad. Please advise all of us how to resolve.

Like all the others who have posted in this thread, I have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. My iPad is up to date, I’ve turned it off and back on. The error is the same as what others have posted and exactly what I typed, but I’ll attach a pic. I also made sure to turn on my private messaging before initiating my post, but I’m not sure why the fix for this needs to be a private message since it seems to be a prevalent and ongoing issue. Thanks for any assistance.

and I have deleted the app several times, it keeps being glitchy telling to use touch ID and then flashing it cannot register my touchID, it will not allow me to update my address or credit card...complete nightmare.

Looks like we are all experiencing the same problem that only seems to be impacting iPads. My software and app are up-to-date. Has anyone figured out a fix for this? This has been going on for too long.
