Sephora app won’t let me log in on iOS from Canada

Hi, my Sephora app has always worked on my android, but having switched to an iPhone in the last week, the Sephora app doesnt seem to let me login whenever I enter my account details. It keeps saying “unrecognized error”. Is there any way to fix this? I really prefer shopping on the app as the best method.

 

It also suggests to use the website for the Canadian version of the store when trying to change the region to Canada in the app settings, and says that the app is US based only.
