Sephora app not working

My Sephora app won’t let me get past the notification that it wants me to download the “new and improved” Canadian app, except the app won’t download? Just sits there in purgatory? Anyone trying to fix this?

Hi @KATSCLL, I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please try uninstalling the app on your device, then visiting the App Store or Google Play store to reinstall it? 

 

If that doesn't work, we'd be happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
