Sephora app not working

My Sephora app is not working. It won't let me view my cart or add anything. I keep getting error msgs. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it's still not working. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

I'm having the exact same issue. Deleted and re-installed but nothing works. It feels like this app is down more often that not the past few months.

Would you please let me know how I can activate pms. I looked on the app but couldn't find anything about allowing private messages. Thank you. Once I can enable that, I will send you screenshots of my error msgs. Thanks again.
