Sephora Visa

I am seeing others had similar problems, but I do not see a solution…

I opened the visa but do not have the account number so cannot pay online. I went to a Sephora in Kohls and was told they can’t take payments there because they are a Kohls branch. I then drove quite a distance to a stand-alone Sephora and was again told that they can’t take payments. How do I pay my card, and how do I acquire the account number so I can control my own line of credit? This seems unsafe. Thank you.
