Sephora Visa Error Message

I have entered in all of my information correctly.

I've tried both the address I'm attempting to ship to (family member) and my own address, which is my my cards billing address. Neither have been successful.

I've attempted to contact anybody at Comenity, but once I start to get transferred to an actual person, not the automated response robot, the call ends.

I just opened this credit line, in store, recently and I don't want to cancel it. I just want to be able to use it online.
