Sephora Survey missing points

Hi. I got an email from Sephora for Sephora surveys August 16th and it said after completing survey I would get 200 reward points. It has now been over a month I completed the survey and the points have not been added to my account! Has this happened to anyone else? I spent at least 15 minutes answering the questions thoroughly and still haven't gotten my points even though its been well over 30 days. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Hi! thank you, How do I turn on private messages again? I went to where you said and couldn't find anything and I also tried to google it and wasn't given an answer. Sorry!

@PapaKarl24, my apologies! Please use the web browser (not the app) and look for the gear/settings icon in the Community. You may need to swipe the along the banner that says "Profile, Groups, Gallery, etc." until you see the settings icon.
