Sephora Survey Medallia Error?

I got an email with my receipt and a survey link for the usual "enter to win a $250 gift card" surveymedallia thing. I went to open the link and got this error:

 But because of the way the reciept is set up, I can't do the old-fashioned way of entering all the receipt info into the website.

Is anyone else having this issue?
