Sephora Security at Robson St location in Vancouver stereotyping?

I was just at the Robson St location in Vancouver BC to get cream concealer for contouring and highlighting and the ENTIRE time I was there the security guard followed me and only me around the store and wasn’t even trying to hide it. I’ve never stolen anything or caused any problems in this store but everywhere I went there he was staring at me! Is it because I have tattoos? Because guess what? Tattoos are extremely common these days! I felt so uncomfortable and generally unwanted that I just headed to the til without looking for other possible purchases. Even while I was in line THERE HE WAS!! Even as I left he was there staring at me through the window!!! I had to fight back the urge to flip him off because I was so insulted by his behaviour! I’m a ROUGE member and generally spend $150-$200 per visit and he wasn’t watching anyone but me and I am clueless as to why he decided to single me out and only me. When I told the girl at the til about my experience she just dismissed me. I get that the security company is separate but Sephora hired them and I think this was totally uncalled for and made me not want to return to this location ever again. #badforbusiness #stereotyping #uncalledfor #rude
