Sephora Scam

Has anyone also been scammed by Sephora by being charged for products and Sephora refusing to replace or refund when said item doesn’t arrive? Recently, had this happen to me. Called customer service and refused to do anything, basically their answer was “too bad, so sad. It’s their policy”. If it’s the policy, I can’t be the only one. Has this happen to you? I’m so upset.
