Sephora Rouge 20%

Hi, i’m visiting from the UK and spent $148 in Cherry Creek mall in CO today. I didn’t receive the 20% discount when I presented a rouge card. Should I have done? I visited a Sephora in downtown later in the day and did receive the 20% discount. Any help greatly appreciated!
