Sephora Opinions Email Survey

Hey everyone!

I received an email from Sephora Opinions with the email address opinions@beauty.sephora.com which contained a link to fill out the online survey and receive 100 complimentary points for doing so. When I tried to fill out the survey, the link sent me to a blank page with the number 400 in the top left corner. I cleared all of my caches/cookies thinking this would help, but the link still does not seem to work. I also tried to access the link from google chrome and still had no luck. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should do. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
